Anxiety Cures
So much is said about anxiety cures that it throws up two immediate questions in my mind. Firstly what is anxiety – as distinct from depression or even stress. Then secondly should we be using prescription drugs such as antidepressants.
I think you will agree these are big topics and cannot be answered in one small blog post. Looking at the anxiety element I suggest you take a look at the Overcoming Anxiety Attacks webpage. Should we be taking antidepressant drugs? Well all readers of my posts will know that I will give a very definite NO to that question. I am an advocate of Natural Cures For Depression and probably always will be an advocate of the natural approach.
